One advantage I know of is that Last batch, those that went to collect theirs in school got their CUL before the online own!


But the disadvantage is quite more than the advantage.
Firstly, you can't know your CUN if you don't pay!
You can't print your green card!
You can't print your CUL
Incase you have issues and you want to go with stream II, you can't reprint. 'Cos you're given once and that's all!
Moreso, issues with it getting lost and the likes!

Green Card can be called a Document but it's in a form of a paper; which contains your biodata which you submitted online. Not all information though.


It can be printed out whenever you complete the payment successfully!

So, you can decide if it's compulsory or not. Nut if you pay the 3k, you automatically get it.

In my school...you'd get it a day to camp or a day after camp might have opened...Some times 2days after the camp had opened...

Again, you'll pay before collecting it from school... I don't know if this is applicable in your school as well...

So either way is optional... I'd say you shld pay the 3k as that doesn't mean anything and you'll still hand that sheet of good for nothing green looking paper to them.....

For the last batch, it opened around 8am
