I see it's the 7.0 GPA thing that's confusing you , well U.I makes use of the 7point grade system which is the same as the university college London. It is the only school in Nigeria making use of this grade system.

1st class - 6.0 - 7.0
2nd class ( upper ) - 4.5 - 5.99
2nd class ( lower ) - 2.6 - 4.49
3rd class - 1.6 - 2.59
pass - 1.0 - 1.59
