Nigerians don't know their rights and that's why things like this keep happening. Sometimes I wish the revolution that occurred during the Arab spring could happen in Nigeria. So many people have to die for this country to move forward.

Will you guys shut your fingers? Did the guy agree to follow the police in the first place? I wonder why we always like painting bad pictures of our country. We all know that if it was USA's cops, they would have beaten the guy to pulp before throwing him into the vehicle.

This is not a shocker of an eye sore, it's a normal tin in nigeria, nigeria police are stupidly trained, that's why dey have been have been behaving like dis.

Same goes wit army n other paramilitary.

He should sue but I know he doesn't have the resources to pursue such fit.
the police man would not have dragged him if the man complied and respected himself. So if he is a robber and insists on not following the police man,the policeman should be begging him, abi?

And dragging him on the floor is the way to go about it?

How do you even resist an officer holding a gun? How are you sure he committed whatever offence he was about to be arrested for? Was there a warrant for the arrest?

im not a police sympathiser but for the situation to degenerate to this, the man must have shown resistance. we'll be needing the story to draw conclusions .

dis is babaric,u trying to defend d police action just shows how babarism has crept into d mentality of Nigerians...in decent and sane societies, there are ways ways to apprehend sum1 who resists arrest, even if he's a confimed muderer..what happened to pepper spraying, what happens to low voltage induced shocking to immobilise a suspect....this is just unacceptable....stop defending recklessnese, cruelty and babarism...we r not animals, sadly enough,d guy might b innocent..
Re: Policeman Drags Suspect Along The Road In The Name Of Arrest (Photo) by peeta89(m): 8:25am On Aug 03, 2015
This is inhumanity. No matter the offence d guy committed he does not av to be treated dat way. Moreover he's still presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Instead of dragging the guy that way they can easily reverse their vehicle so they can put d guy inside. NPF shld wisen up.
