We are a mobile fresh food delivery company *for those who may not have known* and are taking new suppliers for all kinds of food items, some may not be on the list but we take everything.

You send us samples after accepting the terms (please read through all terms and present to your lawyer if necessary)
Signing the MoU and raising bond

Perishables (Tomatoes, Okra, Pepper, Vegetables, etc)
Beverages (Tea, Coffee, Drinks, Juice etc)
Meat (Cow meat, Goat meat, Snail etc)
Fruits (Apple, Orange, Water melon etc)

Please note that we take all food items. Our terms are flexible and straight forward.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

8.1. Seller must open a bond or pay a security deposit of not less than twenty thousand naira

(N50,000) or 10% of the total expected weekly supply capacity.

8.2. This deposit shall be non-refundable if seller fails to deliver goods on weekly basis as

agreed without prior notice to buyer. This fee shall be refunded after 90 days if seller has

not for once defaulted in product supply.

8.3. Buyer issues seller a Local Purchase Order (LPO) upon receipt of the security deposit.

[b]8.4. [/b]The Seller is hereby put on notice that Buyer reserves the right to change its terms and

conditions of sale and its return policy at any time. Buyer shall give Notice to Seller of such

changes in writing not later than 7 days in advance, as well as update the Terms and

Conditions for the Seller’s attention.
