BREAKING: Missing Flight MH370 Found by ifeanyija(m): 8:00pm On Aug 05, 2015
PLANE wreckage found on Reunion Island is from the missing Malaysian Flight MH370, experts have confirmed.

Experts have conclusively confirmed that aircraft debris found on the island is from MH370, the Malaysian Prime Minister has confirmed.

Prime Minister Najib Razak said: "The international team of experts have conclusively confirmed that the aircraft debris found on Reunion Island is indeed from MH370."

International crash experts had been examining part of wing at a French military test facility in Balma, near Toulouse in France.

The wing part – a flaperon – was washed up on the Indian Ocean island of Reunion last week.

Speaking at an international press conference, Razak said we now have "physical evidence".

"Today, 515 days since the plane disappeared, it is with a heavy heart that I must tell you that an international team of experts have conclusively confirmed that the aircraft debris found on Reunion Island is indeed from MH370", he said.

The PM added: "The burden faced by the families during this time has been unspeakable.

"This confirmation, however tragic and painful, will bring certainty to the families and loved ones.

"They have our deepest sympathies and prayers."

Malaysia Airlines said families of passengers and crew on board have been informed.

A statement added: "We expect and hope that there would be more objects to be found which would be able to help resolve this mystery".

Malaysian officials, who are leading an international air crash investigation into the mystery flight, were due to witness the inspection.

Flight MH370 has been missing since March 8 last year.

It went off radar during a schedule flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, China, with 239 people on board.

Results from the examination could be released later on Wednesday (August 5).

US officials and representatives from manufacturer Boeing are also attending the tests.

The airliner is believed to have crashed in the southern Indian Ocean.

A former investigator said: "A wing's moving surfaces give you far fewer clues than bigger structures like the rudder, for example.

"As a single piece of evidence, it is likely to reveal quite little other than it comes from MH370."

On Saturday, investigators appeared to stumble across a plane door on the beach.

Yet this later proved to be part of a household ladder.

As analysis of the discovered wreckage continues, it is hoped the findings will provide answers for desperate families of the 239 victims on board the flight which vanished in March 2014.

Today's announcement brings an end to 17 months of mystery surrounding the whereabouts of the missing flight.

In June, there were concerns the search was to be called off after efforts were scaled back.

But it is still not known how MH370 crashed.

There were theories that it hit under another plane, flew to Antarctica, was shot down the US military, and it was 'hijacked by Vladimir Putin'.

Mr Razak said in his statement that the authorities will be doing all they can to find out what happened.

He said: "I would like to assure all those affected by this tragedy that the government of Malaysia is committed to do everything within our means to find out the truth of what happened".

The people on board the Boeing 777 included 153 Chinese, 50 Malaysians and 56 from 13 other countries - Iran, the US, Canada, Indonesia, Australia, India, France, New Zealand, Ukraine, Russia, Taiwan and the Netherlands.

There were fears Malaysia Airlines would go bankrupt after it lost MH370 and MH17 in a year.

The firm said it would be cutting 6,000 jobs.

CEO Christoph Mueller said: "The decline of performance started long before the tragic events of 2014."

Why is the April 2015 Nigerian law school examination results not out?

They keep postponing the release of the results keeping a lot of students in morbid tension.

We want change, not delay. Haba!!

Pls the relevant authorities should look into this as a matter of urgency.

It took 515 days to see the remains of the plane and it is over 455 days since the Chibok Girls are missing. Will this mystery ever be uncovered?

what ghoulish nightmare will pervade where those unfortunate skulls are heaped? bleached by salt water... shimmering, licked and scraped by scornful fishes and monsters of the aquatic realm. And when death beholds these horrendous artefacts of his craft what would be his delight, his satisfaction? So death I ask thee... Is this victory? #Restinlove Brothers

I didn't listen, I read it. The day after the debris was found, they said it looked like the part of another Boeing 777 but further tests were still ongoing. undecided

They just dismemberd the unfortunate plane and scattered the parts/debris around the world. Trying to locate some parts around Africa is sinister. I don't see how possible it is for that plane to get close to anywhere near Africa unless somebody wants to create that scenerio for future actions.

its the same thing.
MH370 is the only missing Boeing 777...
u get it?
Let's say Boeing 777 is Nokia, then
MH370 would be like Nokia C2

Now this gives me hope on the "Chibok girls" but slightly different kind of hope. The Chibok girls will be found " alive" and not in wreck like the ill-fated flight.
