Bro, just chill. I did my own @Okemosan Abeokuta around November 2013, I got only d temporal one, they said they'll call us to get d permanent later, this is 2015 and yet nothing has happened.  Just (maybe) get their twitter id and ask publicly, that's Nigeria for us. Maybe they'll call me tomorrow for mine sha.  |
