The Prophet Muhammad [PBUH] said: “Charity is prescribed for each descendant of Adam every day the sun rises.” He was then asked: “From what do we give charity every day?” The Prophet answered: “The doors of goodness are many; enjoining good, forbidding evil, removing harm from the road, listening to the deaf, leading the blind, guiding one to the object of his need, hurrying with the strength of one’s legs to one in sorrow who is asking for help, and supporting the feeble with the strength of one’s arms, all of these are charity prescribed for you.” He also said: “Your smile for your brother is charity.”
[Fiqh-us-Sunnah, Volume 3, Number 98]

Our beloved Prophet (SAW) always had a brilliant smile on HIS face

Abdullaah ibn Haarith [PBUH] said: “I never came across a person who smiled as much as Prophet Muhammad [PBUH]. Prophet Muhammad [PBUH] regarded smiling to a brother as an act of charity.”
[Tirmidhi]

Smile!!! Its Beneficial For You

How is it possible that a Sunnah of Our beloved Prophet (SAW) is not beneficial for human beings? ??

Yes Smiling has many benefits for your health and it is also beneficial for you to socialize in society.

Makes You Attractive

You must have seen that we incline towards the person who smiles. Smiling faces are the most attractive faces. See by Smiling you are offering a Sunnah and also socializing in society.

A genuine smile may indeed reflect a “sweet soul.” In addition when you smile your face muscles lift your face ,it will make you appear like a young and energetic person.

Makes Inner And Outward Environment so Calm

In psychology, there is a theory called the “facial feedback” hypothesis. It states that “involuntary facial movements provide sufficient peripheral information to drive emotional experience.”

The authors of another study wrote that “feedback from facial expression affects emotional expression and behavior.” In simple terms, you may actually be able to improve your mood by simply smiling! Smile changes your mood.

So whenever you are feeling Stressed, tensed and down look for ways to make you smile. It will change your mood and it will also change the mood of people surrounding you.

Smile to make yourself happy

Obviously when you are stressed and tensed you will not look attractive. Rather you will look tired, worn out and over whelmed.

So when you are stressed and tensed make arrangements to make yourself smile, so that you can feel attractive.

Smiling Make You Live longer

You can live longer if you smile. It will reduce your stress and also make you most attractive in the society.

Smiling also has good effect on your Immune System. While smiling you can work better as you will feel yourself relaxed, calmed and energetic.

The Smile: A Charity withHadith Arabic as Reference

Smile, the universal language of kindness, is a simple act that holds immense power in making the world a better place. In Islam, the value of a smile is beautifully highlighted in a well-known Hadith (sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him). Let's explore the significance of a smile as a charity according to this Hadith.

The Hadith in Arabic goes: "تَبَسُّمُكَ فِي وَجْهِ أَخِيكَ صَدَقَةٌ" (Tabassumuka fi wajhi akhika sadaqah). Translated into English, it means: "Your smile for your brother is charity." This Hadith teaches us that a simple act as genuine as smiling can be considered an act of charity in the eyes of Allah.

Charity, or "sadaqah" in Arabic, is highly encouraged in Islam. It encompasses not only giving financial assistance to the needy but also includes acts of kindness, goodwill, and compassion towards others. A smile, being a non-material and yet precious gift, is a wonderful example of such an act of charity.https://learnquran.uk/blogs

Let us reflect on the profound impact a smile can have:

1. Spreading Positivity: A smile has the power to lift spirits, brighten moods, and spread positivity to those around us. In times of distress or hardship, a warm smile can offer comfort and reassurance.https://learnquran.uk/packages

2. Strengthening Bonds: A genuine smile can foster stronger bonds among people. It shows empathy, understanding, and acceptance, making others feel valued and appreciated.

3. Diffusing Tension: In challenging situations, a smile can act as a mediator, diffusing tension and promoting understanding between individuals.https://learnquran.uk/courses

4. Expressing Love and Care: A smile is an outward expression of the love and care we feel for others. It transcends language barriers and cultural differences, making it a universally understood gesture of affection.

5. A Ripple Effect: Just like a stone creates ripples when thrown into a pond, a single smile can trigger a chain reaction of positivity, influencing multiple lives in the process.

6. Reward from[https://learnquran.uk/] Allah[/url]: In Islam, acts of charity are rewarded by Allah. When we smile sincerely for the sake of pleasing Him and spreading happiness, we can expect His blessings and rewards.

The beauty of this Hadith lies in its simplicity. In a world that often seems consumed by material pursuits, we are reminded of the significance of the intangible acts of kindness, like smiling. Each time we share a smile, https://learnquran.uk/about we contribute to a more compassionate and harmonious society.

Let us make a conscious effort to be more mindful of our smiles and to share them generously with those around us. Whether it's with family, friends, strangers, or even the less fortunate, let our smiles be a form of charity that brightens lives and brings happiness to the hearts of others.

May we all remember the words of the Prophet https://learnquran.uk/contact
Muhammad (peace be upon him) and embody the spirit of charity through the simple yet profound act of smiling. After all, a genuine smile costs nothing, yet its worth is beyond measure.

Unveiling the Beauty of Surahs in the Quran: A Divine Journey of Reflection and Guidance
Introduction

The Quran, the holy book of Islam, is a source of immense spiritual guidance and enlightenment for over a billion Muslims worldwide. Among its many profound elements are the Surahs, which are individual chapters or divisions that make up the Quran. These Surahs, ranging in length and content, hold deep meaning and significance for believers, and exploring them is a journey towards understanding the divine wisdom they contain. In this article, we will delve into the captivating world of Surahs in the Quran and their importance in the lives of Muslims.

1. The Surahs: Divine Significance and Organization

The Quran is divided into 114 Surahs, each with its own unique name and distinct characteristics. They are not arranged chronologically but rather in an order believed to be divinely inspired, guiding readers through a progressive spiritual journey. The shorter Surahs are typically found at the end of the Quran, while the longer ones grace the beginning. Understanding this divine organization can help readers appreciate the profound wisdom contained within each Surah.

2. Surah Al-Fatiha: The Opening

Surah Al-Fatiha, also known as the Opening, is the first chapter of the Quran and holds a special place in Muslim prayers. It serves as a gateway to the rest of the Quran, encapsulating the essence of Islam and the relationship between Allah and His creation. Every verse of Surah Al-Fatiha is a gem of spiritual depth, and its recitation in prayers is an expression of submission and seeking guidance.

3. Surah Ya-Sin: The Heart of the Quran

Surah Ya-Sin is often referred to as the "heart" of the Quran due to its central position and profound message. It calls upon readers to reflect on the signs of creation and acknowledge the ultimate power of Allah. The Surah's eloquence and poetic beauty leave a lasting impact on the hearts of those who recite and contemplate its verses.

4. Surah Al-Kahf: The Cave

Surah Al-Kahf, also known as the Cave, narrates the story of the People of the Cave and imparts timeless wisdom through its moral and ethical teachings. Muslims are encouraged to recite this Surah on Fridays as it offers protection from the trials and tribulations of the material world, providing comfort and solace to the believers.

5. Surah Ar-Rahman: The Most Merciful

Surah Ar-Rahman focuses on the infinite mercy of Allah, reminding readers of the countless blessings bestowed upon them. Its rhythmic verses serve as a soul-soothing reminder of the divine compassion that envelops creation. Its beauty lies not just in the words but also in the profound meaning it conveys.

6. Surah Al-Isra: The Night Journey

Surah Al-Isra recounts the miraculous Night Journey of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) from Makkah to Jerusalem and then to the heavens. This Surah emphasizes the importance of faith, prayer, and trust in Allah's plan, even during the most challenging times.

Conclusion

The Surahs in the Quran are more than just chapters; they are profound spiritual journeys filled with divine wisdom, guidance, and solace. For Muslims, reciting and understanding these Surahs is an integral part of their faith and worship.
