Change your launcher to Nova or any other one you like to achieve menu
Then change your battery manager to none and off eco mode, psiphon wont stop again.

I don't like using launcher apart from the follow come, I will manage it like that

NO need for all that. The flashed zip takes care of the backup/restore. Just wait until phone starts normally

No need to use SN write tool Cos the IMEI numbers are already there. Dial *#06# to confirm and you'll need to root again after flashing a Stock ROM cos you'll lose your root access.
