please I need help from you all to help me out.
I graduated from the department of Civil Engineering ( structural Option ) with an Upper credit, from the Institute of Management and technology, Enugu. Though, I'm presently serving in kebbi state but to pass-out this same year 15th October, 2015.
My major problem now is how to find the cheapest tuition fees based on studying further through Post-graduate Diploma ( PGD ) #ProjectManagement, in Malaysia, singapore or in the europe.

Please how have a clue about the fees and the cheapest. HELP ME OUT!!!!!!
