A former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu has charged President Muhammadu to fight corruption without political sentiment.

Kalu made this call during one day National Security Summit organized by the Nigerian Police force and Sun Newspapers in Abuja on Sunday

His words: "Mr President you must fight corruption with political sentiment. Anybody find wanting should be prosecuted. Don't fight corruption like your predessssors who used EFCC to harrass political enemies.

"Selective fight against corruption would rubbish the ongoing anti-corruption crusade. Don't do like former President who directed Ribabu to arrest mother of serving governor, because the son was enjoying immunity. Let anti-corruption agencies prosecute people involve in corruption practice".

Kalu who is the owner of The Sun Newspaper is contesting for the post of FIFA President.

He ruled Abia state from 1999-2007 and contested for Nigeria's number one citizen under the platform of PPA during 2007 presidential election.
