The austerity in our polity is ensued by a policy called "winner takes all". I want us to conceptualize our govt as such: President: APC. Vice President: PDP. Senate President: APGA. Speaker: AD. CJN: Minority should be allowed to appoint a CJ, so checkmating the activities of the majority will be efficient. Also independent bodies should not be interfered with at any point by any member of the executives.

When you have people who are morally deficient there will still be issues.
Even if you bring pastors, Imams, babalawos and even atheists together, if they are morraly deficient they will team up and still loot.
Political parties are just vehicles to political offices but it is the people that are the issues.
Even on zero party basis, if the political will is there, things will change.
