I have a client that gave me money upfront for materials. Tye project is not ready for us to mobilize but we have bought 70% of the materials to avoid fluctuation in price

i have a client on here that pay for cable and other stuff since January, all neatly rap and waiting for deployment. the site is not ready yet.. but its better to buy materials ahead cause of the current inflation.

It depends on your soil formation. I’m currently working on a floor and we are reinforcing with 3.5mm Wire Mesh.

If I’m doing similar stuff in a waterlogged site, I’ll do 4mm and above.

Both interlock and stamped concrete have their pros and cons. But the odds favor stamped concrete the most.

I don't know if he is the potential electrical contractor, however,I know that your recommendation might not be possible because even the major wiring factories have all increased their prices and have paused receiving payments from their distributors.

Building right now is so tough and challenging.. someone made a recommendation recently here that a owner/builder should look for a cement distributor and pay well in advance to lock current cement prices.. I laugh at such recommendations because the distributor would at best offer to refund the money paid when the time comes to deliver d cement paid for.
