For me personally I like swing gates.

For water stands, consider spending the money in pressure pump and leaving the tank on the floor.

Your overburden is less than 30m, which should give a fairly stable basement. So your 8mm/10mm casing is between 6-9 pieces.

geophysical survey cannot determine strength of basement.An overburden of nearly 30 meters in Abuja should be fully cased from experience.
