What you need is to lock the blocks... Even if u put a lintel on it without locking, it wld still giveaway or crqxk if it settles differently from others.

Lintels are meant for openings... So except there is one there... No need.

When you can easily stand up tak a turning and use the vistor tiolet

Its best design in a way whr the door is not directly facing your sitting room

Visitor tiolet inside still remain the best in my own opinion

It will lay the foundation in delta, if u are building on a dry land. And u doing a strip foundation. But that amount won't include filling the foundation with filling sand.

We are also assuming that the amount doesn't include settlement of community and the likes.
