A curriculum vitae is a written record of a person's education and employment that is sent or presented when applying for a job;storing this vital document is imperative.
   Many prepare their curriculum vitae once there is a job opening,submit it and that is all.Whenever another job opportunity comes,they rush to prepare it again,this becomes a viscious cycle,a recurrent exercise,a waste of precious time and money.

  A document like curriculum vitae should not only be prepared but stored.This is necessary against urgency of certain job adverts that gives very short time frame for submission or certain adverts that the job seeker just heard about but closing the next hour.

  After preparing a curriculum vitae,the following steps should be taken to store it;

1.Make photocopies of the document,file out in a safe place

2.Send a copy of the typed document to your email

3.Save a copy of the document in a flash drive

4.If you have a personal computer,store the document under document
