I had thought that Nigeria, as a nation battling with corruption
has staged up the fight even down to examination boards and
centres, seeing how they rose and delt with the issue of
withheld waec result, which is due to the indebtedness of some
states to waec board. It in noway lasted a week before the
withheld result were finally released.
But now, what supprises me is that, why is no one concern about the withheld result by nabteb
board over thesame issue of debt owed by some centres.
Though, I don't blame it on anyone, but I just think rather than
delaying the release of candidates result, other alternatives
should be taken. This is because, candidates at all time pay their registration fees
to centres and shouldn't always be the ones to suffer delay 'cos
of wicked and unfaithful personalities.
I in no way attempt to insult or question the act of any exam
board or group, but to plead for the immediate release of
candidates result withheld by NABTEB, because, most
candidates intend to make immediate use of this result, either
for scholarship, admission purposes or for other purpose
intended for. And also to plead with the general public to help put prssure on NABTEB to release all withheld results as the case maybe. Thanks.
