I'm not sure what the fuss is about. The APC and the Presidency are saying that they didn't promise to achieve their manifesto IN 100days. So in that sense, there really is no 100days promise or covenant. However, i am sure and confident that the Presidency will aim for the contents of the letter contained in the link below.
