Which lucrative area of agric can one go into, having a plot of land and 500k to invest?

my friend, from my own point of view and experience in Agriculture, there are quite a lot and can advice you to go into both in crop or animal production but one question I want to ask is, what areas of Agriculture can you do on your own or do you want to pay someone to manage your farm for you?

Any area that 500k can handle. I will do on my own and possibly employ someone to assist if 500k can cover cost.
