Having a flat stomach is healthy and gives the body a nice figure.
These are few tricks that can help flatten your tummy:

Eat your meals slowly, rushing meals could make you eat more food and
increase belly fat.

Eat lots of fruits such as water melon regularly, it helps to burn fat
around the stomach. Avocado is also good for the stomach because it
has good fat.

Do not skip meals as part of your plan to lose belly fat, instead eat
small portions of food and consume little of calorie drinks.

Let your meals contain lots of carbs and vegetables, avoid saturated fat.

Drink lots of water; the body needs sufficient water to be able to
properly metabolize fats stored in the stomach.

Try standing or sitting upright most times. To make it even better,
you could do this simple exercise while standing or sitting; tuck your
stomach in tightly and exhale, then release your tummy as you inhale.
It can be done repeated.


Use hot peppers for your meals, they can reduce appetite and also
cause the body to release stress hormones that increase metabolism and
burn fat.

Cut down on sugary, carbonated and alcoholic beverages, they make your
stomach fat. You. Can drink green tea instead, it contains catechins
which is a metabolism-enhancing antioxidant.

Reduce your salt intake. Salt retains water in the body and makes you
bloated, your stomach may not really be big but bloated.

Do some exercise before dinner in order to activate your metabolism to
work on your last meal before bed so it doesn't just stay in your
stomach adding more fat as the body's metabolism naturally slows down
at night. Please note that you will also need some real exercise
during the day and avoid sitting too much.

Ensure to have adequate sleep, less sleep increases stomach fat.
You can use belly bands sometimes and wear clothes that makes your
tummy look flat.

just 2add,cut down on saturated fat intake(butter,fried stuff,meat,suya...),alcohol,eating late especially heavy meals,
do exercises regularly,like 20-30mins everyday,like jogging,sit ups,dnt knw what dey call dis...lie flat,raise ur legs up and drop dem very slowly 3-5 times morg n eveng
everyone should be involved in this,waist-hip ratio greater than 0.9 for men and 0.85 for ladies is a risk factor for developing type 2 diabetes mellitus,stroke,hypertension/cardiovascular dx which are becoming the greatest killers
