An architectural Firm based in Lagos requires the services of Competent, Resourceful and Result Oriented individuals to fill the following vacancies:

SENIOR ARCHITECT
Location: Lagos(Lekki)
QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum of M.Sc Architecture or its equivalent
• Architect with 5- 10years plus years relevant working experience preferably in an architectural firm
• Must be registered with an ARCON/NIA/foreign licensed.
Responsibility:

• Preparation of preliminary design schemes for clients approval
• Must be creative, intuitive with high level design ability
• Proficiency in 2D/3D, Animation will be an added advantage
• Ability to produce detailed Architectural working drawings and contract documents including details, specifications etc. with minimum supervision.
• Ability to reconcile/coordinate work of other professionals, engineers, quality surveyors, to deliver high quality projects/developments
• Tender documentations and project management
• Must have good leadership and management skills.

RESIDENT/SITE ARCHITECT (Expatriate/Nigeria)
Location: Lagos(LEKKI)

QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum of M.Sc Architecture or its equivalent

Responsibility/experience

• 5- 8year years post qualification experience with veritable experience in residency services especially in residential estate development or other large scale development
• Experience in site Administration and Project management
• Excellent communication skills
• AutoCAD/Project management software proficiency

Architect
Location: Lagos(Lekki)

Educational Qualification
• Minimum of OND/HND/BSC Architecture (3-5 years)

Responsibility/experience
• Must be able to multi-task in a high pressure environment
• Strong Communication Skills
• Preparation of comprehensive working drawings and construction details
• AutoCAD proficiency, 2D, 3D, Animation design, Corel Draw, Ms Office, automated tools, self starters, hardworking and ability to meet set targets.
