Hello Nairalander,I heard that Nigeria Customs Service are recruiting applicant for 2015/2016 replacement for officers of the service that have been retired. Please House,how true is this information? Please my fellow Nairalanders urgent response is needed.

Nobody seem to response to dis inquiry because i have asked same thing. Someone informed me abt it & have sent me d application form though at no cost but i still nid to confirm authenticity.

Someone that knows any thing abt this shud pls inform us. @Eddodoh, can one get the application form online?

Brother, just ignore it. The form was sent to my friend 7 months ago.
You will see a lot of them on LinkedIn claiming to be one very important personnel

I got connection request from someone who claim to be a former Perm Secretary in d Ministry of Defence on LinkedIn, i accepted d invitation to connect & d following day he asked if i am interested or know anyone who is interested in Customs job. I told him dat i'm interested & he send me a contact to call whom he said dat is d recruitment officer.

Though i've google his name to see if he's who claim. I found some information which show he served under Yaradua regime but i know anyone can impersonate & use someone pics so i got to be kiaful.
My suspicion arouse from d fact dat i barely know dis person, we just connect & how many of dis influential men will come out & throw dat jamboree of 'anyone who is interested'.

It means scammers have invaded d forum.

Hehehe...nawao different kind of hustle from yahooboys-fakepastor nd now it NCS and d rest of that... Applicants pls b careful o and d easiest way to catch a scamer is when they ask u for money. Any pastor that even does fund raising after preaching n prophecies is a fake. Though, I've a friend who is working FRSC thru replacement but he got d slot thru his inlaw who is a top oga. so guy? Trade with care ok

There is no any replacement form within the NCS. Those that were recruited recently within the election period got favour from Ogas and senators. There were not upto 500 nation wide. Currently investigation is going on and they would be dismiss for sure
So don't be deceive bro with any recruitment for replacement.

This is an entirely new era in the customs as massive cleansing is going on right now.

I just got the same issue here.
Sometimes last year I submitted my cv and to my surprise, I was sent a form this year to fill and resubmit. I played along to see what will happen in the end.
Just yesterday, I was told to come for an interview and pay a sum of #10600 to a Secretary's account.
Isn't that a scam?
