For sometime now, Road Safety officers have been booking unsuspecting motorists for flimsy "offenses" such as expired tyres even when is no evidence of such. They then ask them to pay into some phoney bank accounts. This is happening in Delta state. Today 7th September, the patrol team using the patrol vehicle with number RS 52013 inscribed on it have been booking motorists enthusiastically and asking them to pay into First Bank Abraka branch. Investigations revealed that the said account does not belong to FRSC or Fed Govt for that matter. The question is, Is FRSC exempted from payment into the TSA? This has happened in the past in the Warri sector of the FRSC which was busted.

They did this kind of thing to me last two weeks.. Why am angry with them is that checking of helment and plate number wount aid in keeping the road safety. They should clear the roadsides for pedestrians in other to reduce accident and i have not seen them for once controlling the road traffick

Every frsc payment should be done to a single account.. They have too many scam accounts.

From your investigations, what's the account name in First Bank?

To your question, no govt revenue agency or parastatal is exempted.

FRSC is not exempted from the TSA.
