Drifta will use standard DVB-H. Why do you think there will have to be a new network roll-out to use it? It'll work in every city where the standard DVB-H Mobile DSTV was working before. And i'm pretty sure that was in more than 4 cities.

ceejay thanks for your reply.but how do i download the dstv mobile application on my nokia 5530 xpressmusic phone.almost all download links i saw here on nairaland never work with my phone. isit advisable to flash my phone b4 downloading as i am encountering difficulties downloading this when browsing ever since i restarted/format my phone.

N93i has tv out features but the phone is not compatible with dvb-h tv or su-33w, except u have to wait for the DRIFTA to be available

At last, the era of free dstv mobile seems to be gone. I was watching a Yoruba film and the thing stopped showing at exactly 11pm, telling me that I have no usage rights & that I should subscribe. But how does one subscribe here?

u hv been put on NOTICE.If it doesn't work now with TV out,subscription won't make any difference.Do u hv the Cable?

DStv Mobile South Africa will be adding new channels to its current broadcast package. On 4 April 2011, there will be no signal from 05:00 – 14:00

dnt really know u, a lot of people call me and if u'd call me, i always ask if u are in lagos or outside lagos, if u are not in lagos ,the 15k is delivery inclusive, becos u no expect make a courier the stuf with my money to u or make i use magic, secondly> i hv sent dis item to different people wey neva see my face (many here can testify) the devil u know is beta dan the angel u dnt know,
