Manchester United take on Porto the Portuguese Champions at Old Trafford, The red devils have seen a worst dip in form that saw them losing two matches and having three men sent off during the same period grin. They however bounced back in their last league match and came twice from behind to win the match 3-2 against villa. They are looking forward to get back on track both domestically and in Europe. Ferguson will welcome back Vidic, Scholes and Rooney from suspension, whereas Ferdinand should also return after recovering from injury. However, Dimitar Berbatov is still out and he will miss this match. The Devils will attack from the start and try to create an advantage for the return leg, thus we could see a very open game

Porto enjoy a comfortable lead over 2nd place Sporting in the Portuguese Liga with a series of impressive performances, and are currently playing great  and will look forward to teaching the Devils are lesson. Thanks to the play of Lucho Gonzalo, Lisandro Lopez and Cristian Rodriguez, the Portuguese champions have been able to dispose of the likes of Atletico Madrid in the previous round while winning Group G outright over Arsenal, Dynamo Kiev and Fenerbahce. If Porto are to have a chance of advancing however, they’ll need to score an away goal so as to keep the pressure on Manchester United. Manager Jesualdo Ferreira has no fresh injury worries and he will have Lisandro Lopez back from domestic suspension

Can u unstick the moronic Naija world cup threads??
It is getting in the way of more serious issues on the board.
U can put em back in the next round of world cup qualifiers.

P.S. Your United logo is too small abeg.

We shld win Porto but please dnt let that "Piss-Poor Nani" a million miles close to the field

Why cant Nani and Hargreaves trade positions, as in Nani injured

Cnt wait for Summer for d likes of Everton or Fulham or Lazio to buy the "Poor Man's Michael Jackson"

The only good thing that comes to memory abt him was his goal against Liverpool last year, and well, an "interesting" back flip

Wouldn't know what happened to Nani. Had bags of potential and maybe he's done in by extra-football activities. Coming at the price he did who'll buy? I see a loan stint next season.
Re: UCL:Manchester United (2) Vs Fc Porto (2) on Tuesday, 7th April by mykali(m): 3:22pm On Apr 06, 2009
definitely a draw . . .1-1

or a 2-1 win with porto to do the job in two weeks time.

Man Utd's time is up.

Ferguson killed Nani's confidence.
Everytime he manages to play a good game in the cup games, he is condemned back to the bench.
Nani is a young man and should be playing more games than Giggsy n Park.
He will come good. Ronaldo was worse in 2004/5 season.

Ronaldo will leave before Nani.
I also think CQ's departure affected most of the Portugeesers at OT.

Nani shld be flogged after every game. maybe, he'll get back his sense.

for the game at OT

cant shout, any win wll do cos we are doing a double over them or probably get a draw in Porto.

Kiko to be unleased again in the dieing minutes grin grin
Re: UCL:Manchester United (2) Vs Fc Porto (2) on Tuesday, 7th April by Tmoni(m): 3:43pm On Apr 06, 2009
My Guy, with the current group of players, me thinks Nani is nt really worth it nw, we shld cut losses

J.S Park is good on the left wing and hopefully Tosic would take over that flank partnering up with Fabio (men, that would be football in Cloud 9)

Infact if Antonio Valencia comes in, we can delightfully and gladly do away with all d portugese geezers

even if CR7 scored d goals, the second villa goal was his fault,

he lost the ball and was ready to start moaning wen all of a sudden, d nxt thing was VDS pickn ball outta net, he is very very skilful but HE NEEDS to MAN UP, football is not pretty,
Re: UCL:Manchester United (2) Vs Fc Porto (2) on Tuesday, 7th April by tkb417(m): 3:45pm On Apr 06, 2009
I dont want Valencia
i want Ribery!!

Tevez can go back to West Ham or wherever

Nani is still young, he can learn after some severe flogging after every f'ck up

I am starting to think Nani will never learn.

If Man Utd sign Ribery, I will quit following EPL and join Dayokanu in supporting Bayern.

It seems you don't want women to be watching United games any longer.
That will be the ugliest frontline in the world.
All those white trash at OT who wouldn't sit down cos they are taking pics of Ronaldo anytime he drifts to the touchline would disappear!!!
