The Yorubas wanted an Economic/Social change but the Hausa-Fulanis wanted, in it crudity, a Political change. The SouthEasterners(Igbos) wanted a Conservative approach to issues, and intimately would want no change. The Igbos saw the agitations of those that needed "change", as partly, misconstrued Reformist; they lack frankness and human sensitivity. Nigerians were kept in abeyance why the change mantra was exclusive now because we could also see religious inclination, sentiments as a major motivation of the Hausa-Fulani course. Nigeria was looted to stupor during the course of their 38 years of total rulership and domination, yet they kept fate that one day democracy will return and normalize our system, and get rip of the rapaciousness; and it was so, partly because Sani Abacha was stealing nothing as widely conceived even by Buhari, a "change" agent. So our major indignation became why they couldnt kept the same fate with a Southerner.
.
Undoubtedly, the Hausa-Fulanis are the father of this great nation; but there were some cynicism within the Igbos that it was only so because it lies on the premise of others playing the role of a servitude while they take the lead. Igbos has a protestant disposition and would always question the veracity of every gesture, both being a fatherly figure as assumed by the Hausa-Fulanis. The Hausa-Fulanis stopped the abridgement of our territory; they maintained the status quo in series of counter coup during the military era with T Y Danjuma killing Aguiyi Ironsi after he took from Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogu, and stopping Dimka from his radio broadcast with the help of Ibrahim Babamosi Babangida after he killed General Murtala Muhammad. They guided and protected an institution, in principle of maintaining a system that wouldnt put them out of favour. It was good thing they did so; it was equally what gave us a serious thought of it's forseen effortless perpetuality.
.
The Yorubas are the motherly figure, receptive, lack motivation and obsession. They are civilized, educated, modern and crass. But their motherly figure is but a wuss. In a family, mothers has a considerable influence on their husband. The Yorubas had been entrapped in their own role as a subjugated spouse. They are not authoritative as a wife; willing to pulsate where the dance and ship seals with the drum beating and captaincy of the Hausa-Fulani puppeteers.

Arrant nonsense!
Yorubas are in a class of their own in this country.
Rather, it's the ibos who would do anything to have their heads neck-deep in the abokkkis' assss.
We saved Nigeria from total demise by installing Buhari.
No apologies!!

Yes, we couldn't have done it without them. Without the Yoruba, Buhari would not have been President today. Remember the 2/3 INEC rule?

Another attempt by the igbos to use their pseudo intelligence to describe their one sided, tribalistic, myopic, untrue, pathetic, condescending and hate filled view of their fellow country men. The purposse of this mischievous article, to attribute a false bull and cock tale about the Yorubas is Dead on arrival. A dilligent reader will immediately see through the writers sentimental approach towards the subject and discover that he has done nothing, but waste his/her precious intellect in trying to understand what the Academic failure has concocted.
