Way to go. This is excellent. Some people will come to anonimous forum and start talikng rubbish wheile in reality they support it o. They are not fake, they are just pretenders seeking who's life they'll destroy with bad and consciously wrong advise. And others are so bored that they only want to argue. Not really that religious but I don't see anything sensational or wrong with the rules there.

All they're doing is telling people to dress decently. Even if it's not in church a bride shouldn't expose her boo.bs on her wedding day. There are other days to do that.

ignorant is a terrible disease. your own definition of blindness is when church forces you to appear decent in the house of God? some churches have been preaching moderate dressing but people do not want to comply so it is not out of place if church enforces it on the attendees. it is better for you to stay at home rather than coming to church to seduce young worshippers with your nudity.

Am not a member of Anglican church but I think if every church can follow this rule the issue of indecent dressing will be reduced in the church.

Spirit filled believers don't need any dress code from anyone because they are born of God and know what's wrong and right. But those church members who are still under the control of flesh are the ones that need the codes because they do what their father- satan tells them to do always, to dress to attract attention

And as far as the Word of God is concerned God identify with only one thing and that is "Marriage" and not wedding.Since wedding ceremony brought in these problem why not remove it since God has no blessing for it anyway.Remove weddings and all these will be gone

Jesus Christ attended a wedding ceremony where he turned water into wine. Ask urself, what is the difference between wedding & marriage? Marriage in the joining together of a man & a woman in the presence of GOD in holy matrimony. The process of the joining is the wedding. Wedding is like an initiation into the marriage. We don't have to be so spiritual about everything. So plus...don't be so heavenly/ spiritually conscious and earthly useless. In decent dressing should not be accepted in the house of GOD. If u can't wear that dress to work, then don't wear it to church!

Good one. Jesus must be honored. The world can't teach us how to dress rather they should learn from the church. Kudos to this church, am so happy. Am not Anglican but my church does the same. No compromise.

And here,these people have taken a decision to protect its flock from the nudity and irresponsible lifestyle that is eating up the fabrics of the society. This is heart warming! I love this. I am happy the church has the guts to do this. Hope other "churches" will follow. It is high time the church took a stand against indecent dressing.

This same document was given to hubby and I when we got married in an Anglican church six years ago, so it's not new.

The bride in fact, has to bring her dress to the church prior to the wedding for inspection.
