The problem is, our system has grown accustomed to the notion that once a thing is built, that's it. No need for a replacement...in other words, funds meant to replace such facilities end up in private pockets. So long as students can dash in there and quickly do their business before getting overpowered by the horrid atmosphere, then there's no need to change anything. After all, na govt property. 1 Like |
