The Nigerian journalist known to have access to top commanders of the Boko Haram sect, Ahmad Salkida, is pessimistic over the reported negotiation between the federal government and the insurgents.

According to him, Boko Haram will not carry out any negotiations without the consent of ISIS.

BH is not independent now, it is a province, it will not negotiate without IS negotiating in Iraq/Syria as well.
Any known BH member that mentioned dialogue without consent of their Imam does so at his own peril, it means instant death.
Salkida disclosed this on Twitter, hours after President Muhammadu Buhari reportedly said there was ongoing negotiations aimed at ensuring the release of the school girls captured by Boko Haram terrorists in Chibok, Borno state over a year ago.

Speaking in Paris with members of the Nigerian community in France, Buhari had said: “The issue of Chibok girls has occupied our minds and because of the international attention it drew and the sympathy through out the country and the world, the government is negotiating with some of the Boko Haram leadership.

“They wanted us to release one of their leaders who is a strategic person in developing and making IEDs that is causing a lot of havoc in the country by blowing people in churches, mosque, market places, motor parks and other places. But is very important that if we are going to talk to anybody, we have to know how much he is worth.

“Let them bring all the girls and then, we will be prepared to negotiate, I will allow them to come back to Nigeria or to be absolved in the community.

Salkida said he knows the negotiation is not real because he is one of the many Nigerians with privileged information.

BH see #ChibokGirls as a trophy they won’t let them pass easily but your aids want the process to be like ABCD.

BH leaders are not eager to negotiate anything, they think it is much easier to go to ‘paradise’ in battle than by talking

He also took a swipe at President Buhari saying he lacked accurate assessment whenever he talked.

The very same question I asked when they were parroting the negotiation foolishness.

Who do you negotiate with, BH, ISWAP or ISIS?

Before BH will listen to you, ISIS has to okay it, then the west african command authorizes the nigerian commanders to meet with Govt. Else nothing for you.

If buhari and his people don't know that, then they are every inch the names the opposition calls them.
