"An order is hereby made directing the Respondents to appear before this court on Monday, the 21st of September, 2015 to show cause why the interim injunction sort by the Plaintiff/Applicant should not be made by the Court"
Now, this does not sound like the court had explicitly halted Saraki's trial. To my understanding, the court has simply informed the CCB that Saraki has filed for an injunction, so they (CCB) should come on Monday and convince the court why the injunction should not be made.

In the meantime, Saraki will be expected to appear before the Code of Conduct Tribunal today to answer questions. The CCB will then go to court on Monday to show why that frivolous injunction should be struck out.

Our media is either outright mischievous, incompetent or just dumb.

Lawyers in the house, please provide more perspective.
