I got this business plan I want to execute. I need between 4-5m to kickoff. I've been in it before so I have a reasonable grasp of how to succeed. The banks need a collateral plus their interest rates are so high (22-30%). I have two two residential structures that could value 15m but I got no CofO. Any suggestions pls. would like a min of 2ys 4 repayment. |
