Counsel to the Senate President, Daudu Joseph has said that the Code of Conduct Tribunal is not properly constituted, arguing that it must be made of the Chairman and two members.

Daudu noted that the tribunal is at present made up of the Chairman and a member.

However, the Chairman of the Tribunal, Danladi Umar maintained that the tribunal is properly constituted.

Saraki is facing a 13-count charge bordering on alleged corruption and false declaration of assets, levelled against him by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB).

this country... what I know is that saraki can never get a fair trial from that tribunal. the judge is already compromised.

The Senate President will frustrate PMB fight against corruption because he is so implicated in it. people who want Saraki to be there will still come here to say Buhari did not fulfill his promise of fighting corruption after supporting a man who will do anything to frustrate baba's effort

All i pray for is a country to be proud of among the Nations of the world

Many Nations are moving with the speed of light, even working on a plane that can tour the entire world within the space of 4 hours and we are still at the level we cant even boost of a bicycle factory without importing parts

I pray Nigerians wake up, put aside partisan politics, tribal sentiments, and once for all fight this monster called corruption. it will kill Nigeria if we don't do anything about it.
