dino melaye and the likes knows saraki is guilty of the crime he committed so they know they won't support him in this case.

He should know if he is guilty or not. In a sane country, he will have confess if he is guilty and resign but we have to see how event unfold here in Nigeria.

IMO It's too late for him to resign

Infact he should be prosecuted and jailed for the crime he is found culpable of.
In saner climes as someone mentioned, he should have resigned earlier but in Nigeria what we require from the present government is prosecution and subsequent return of all stolen state funds.
