I have a refund issue with Arik. I asked them for a refund after my flight was indefinitely delayed which affected my appointment. They told me the payment would be made after 10 working days. However, they have stopped replying my mails after failing to refund. I want to report this case to the relevant authorities; how do I go about it? |
