I am talking about eating healthy and portioning the right amounts of food so you can have 6 meals per day. I know this sounds like a lot for some and not to mention many of you will think you do not have that amount of time during your day. It is possible, you just need to plan your meals out good. When working out, it is better to increase the amount of weight you are lifting each week. Push yourself into the limit of your body. It is better to complete the required number of repetitions before increasing the weight you are lifting. Knowing the maximum weight you can raise will help you to gain mass and grow big.
