Specifications (Experienced Hire): 1. Minimum: B. Sc (Any degree) a. A Second Class Upper would be an added advantage b. Degree in a Human Resources field would be an added advantage 2. Excellent writing and speaking ability (English) 3. Business writing and Microsoft Suite skills 4. Ability to think outside the box 5. Age (27 – 32 years) 6. Knowledge of a Human Resources software (Particularly Xceed Online) 7. At least 4 - 6 years working experience in a business environment (at least 3 years should cover recruiting and selecting activities/roles in a senior capacity within a firm).
