Pls does anyone know whom to complain to? Got to abj airport for a 7pm flight.was told they left by 6pm.I didn't get any prior notice notice..they all locked up and left;practically no one to talk to.pls advise,thnx. |

Quite unfortunate! I think this is one common thing with Nigerian airlines and they don't even feel the need to apologize to customers. I once experienced this with Arik Air and I promised myself to travel via road within Nigeria because the staff on ground made me feel I was lying claiming they sent a text to every of their customers to notify them of the change. |

I think the best bet is to buy local travel insurance. The worst part is that these so called air liners can't do half of this in their own country. |

Look for NCAA Consumer Protection Office at the airport . Lay your complaint there. |
