am preparing a gift deed to submit with my application.I have some questions on this though:-
1).Do i have to notorise the gift deed?
2).Do i also have to address the gift deed.ie To:-CIC
3) I did not intend to use a gift deed prior now,but after printing my statement, i noticed that majority of the inflows were transferred via my sister's acc.(this is the ac i use to save my funds because i have access to it).The funds have been in my ac for 6months and were transferred in various tranches from my sister's ac.Pls clarify, do u tink i should still include the gift deed?Pls house someone should assist me with a response.Thanks

I don't even know. Status on EE still shows "Pending" even though the Job Bank profile has been reactivated.

Was afraid to decline before until i saw ur post. I am planning to decline today in readiness for d next draw but i am afraid because of how long it took me to get dis 1. How long after u declined did u get a new ITA? Did u get d 2 ITAs with d same profile?

I've not declined but I made some errors in my profile I'm seriously thinking of declining. You can't have two ITAs on one profile at d same time. If you decline an ITA ur profile goes back into the pool then u can get another ITA if u meet any cut off of subsequent draws. I'm just scared if I decline and cut off shoots up

Yes, you can start from just where you started the transfer to your own account.

If he/she is claiming a gift deed from his/her sister, the acct details of the sister is not required. Just the notarised gift deed and applicant's 6 month bank statement and bank reference letter.

Well that was how a landed immigrant adviced me.... Remember they work with your documents... It's better to cover all tracks,giving them minimum reason to contact you requesting for clarification.

It seems it's 5 marks for Adaptability.
It's usually stated under the eligibility scores breakdown(100 marks)
Or u can just try creating a dummy account. U can always delete it...
