Thats is to explain how delta has been cursed with leadership. Even with how ibori looted the state I can tell u he is still the best the state has seen so far. He was like robinhood. But I wish deltans should take responsibility of the kind of leaders we elect, till when the people are responsible for choosing their leaders rather than the cabal delta will never move forward.
