True. I have been wanting to open a thread on this. Please whatever happened to the Biafra-UN invitation. Mind you,I'm curious because it was reported on a national daily, particularly the sun newspaper.

But seriously, why is it only hungry looking people that keep believing biafra is the automatic solution to the famine they face in their businesses?

Which way Nairaland? Apparently, making jest of other tribes or whatever group that represents them is now permissible in Nairaland. Everyone knows that Biafra is synonymous with Ndigbo and anyone who derides Biafra is obviously deriding Igbo people and should get a ban.

What offence really earns a poster a ban? I really want to know.

So the Igbo do not mock other tribes, or make jest of them? Is that what you are saying, or what you want us to believe?? shocked shocked sad
In your view the Igbo should not be mocked, but they are free to mock others, right??

Have you gone through most of the Biafra-related topics in the politics section?? Even those that have nothing to do with other tribes, are thrown into a free-for-all wrestling match by the time the pro-Biafra internet e-warriors enter the thread, and begin to unleash their venom against other ethnic groups. shocked

As for what qualifies anyone for a ban, please read the posting rules. Most people ignore them, while the moderators too prefer to look the other way when such rules are flouted.

Guy, chill with all these alks. Don't you see our Igbo brothets that spend all their time insulting Yoruba especially. Many of these things are not taken personally (as for me though) and are just done for fun. and joblessness.

Even our moderators partake in the fun of it. They will just be laughing their asses over and forget to hit the ban button.

One love
