Hey guys i keep seeing job offers here for developers , i am mostly into .Net (C# and MySQL) for now!
But how good should my skills be before i can land a job....I mean what kind of skills are recruiters looking for.
what kinds of independent projects can i complete to prove my competency. thanks alot!!!

Somebody built facebook, instagram, twitter, nairaland, google, yahoo, .... the list goes on it aint about wat u know but hw much u know it, do a project that will solve a need there are about 170 million Nigerians,do u no hw much u gonna make if yr app can be used by just 1 percent of this population, so guy Do a meaningful project post it online let people see it, let employers see yr skill then u won't need to talk too much.
