The owner of the truck was the first who spotted Tommie Bennett breaking into the vehicle and trying to flee with a stolen tackle box, tent and fishing pole on his bicycle. However, the trucker chased the 62-year- old thief, managed to detain and tie him up with wire before calling the police. A subsequent police inspection also revealed an unspecified number of unprescribed viagra pills in his pockets.
