Many of you may have read my article about Buhari first blunder in relocation of military Command from Abuja and its grave consequency for the citadel of Power Abuja.Boko Haram is not a conventional army you can fight through that method without exposing the national rear commands base. Buhari method of fighting Boko Haram is Obsolete . What Nigeria need is to upgrade her technology capability in counter terrorism measures.
