PDP's manifesto supports and promotes stealing, looting and high level corruption and the past presidents it produced (except Yar'Adua) didn't see anything wrong in corruption. In a party as such, a politician with good intention can easily be swayed by the manifesto of corruption of his/her party.

APC which prides itself as an anti-corruption party, with a Buhari and Osinbajo as the change agents, is clearly against looting and corruption. Now, a party as such is capable of reforming corrupt politicians as a result of the party manifesto.
