The four games in question are Jurassic Park: The Game,
Battlestations: Midway, Dragon’s Lair, and Tour de France
2011. Owning any of these games on Xbox 360 should result
in them showing up in your Xbox One library for download,
so be sure to check the next chance you get.

As for the price and file sizes for these games, Jurassic Park:
The Game costs $20 and requires 1.58 GB of space,
Battlestations: Midway costs $20 and requires 4.76 GB of
space and Dragon’s Lair costs $10 and requires 988.61 MB.
Unfortunately, it appears that Tour de France 2011 is not
available to download in the US.

Last week it was announced that Sonic & All-Stars Racing
Transformed, Puzzle Quest Galactrix and Puzzle Quest 2 now had backwards compatibility support on Xbox One

The rebooted Hitman that Square Enix and IO Interactive elected to take the episodic route will see the conclusion of its first season soon, with the developer announcing that it will arrive on Halloween. Agent 47’s final mission of the season will take him to Hokkaido, Japan, where he must find and assassinate two targets.
For those of you who would rather wait and have the entire first season in physical form, season one will be getting a physical release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in January. Check out the teaser for the season finale below.

Steam Controller Sales Reach Nearly 1 Million Units

Square Enix has announced that a free demo for World of Final Fantasy will be available to play next week. You can find it on the PlayStation Store. The release date for the demo is October 17th, 2016

Sony has released a new update for the PS4 media player. It takes the version number up to 2.50. It adds support for PlayStation VR and more.
One of the biggest features of the media player is you can now view 360 degree videos and photos. You can see them via the PlayStation VR unit. You just have to activate the “VR Mode” from the options menu. Description for which files work can be seen below.
(Note, to enjoy 360-degree media on PlayStation VR, any supported video – MKV, AVI, MP4, MPEG2 PS , MPEG2 TS, AVCHD – or photo – JPEG, BMP, PNG – files must be captured in equirectangular format by a 360-degree omnidirectional camera.)
Another new feature added to the update is support for “for high-res (FLAC) audio files”. There is also an upscale feature in order to make your low compression audio files sound better than ever before.
The update for the media player should be out today (October 13th).

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Open Beta Servers Having Issues

Developers are being generous with their beta periods
lately, as following the announcement of Infinite Warfare’s
beta being extended a day we now learn that the Dragon
Ball Xenoverse 2 beta will be following suit. It was originally
set to come to an end later today, though Bandai Namco has now extended it to October 18th.

This means that the beta will now conclude tomorrow at
10:00AM, though there is a catch. While the beta has
been extended a day, it will only be playable by those who
have already downloaded the beta client. The client is no
longer available to download, so newcomers won’t be able
to jump in late

Those who have been taking part in the current Call of Duty:
Infinite Warfare beta on PlayStation 4 will know that things
didn’t start off very well for it. The beta technically kicked off
on Friday, but due to many issues it resulted in people
having an incredibly difficult time trying to find a match for
the entire first day.

Things have gotten a lot better now through numerous
updates, but developer Infinity Ward has announced that
they will be making it up to fans for that abysmal day one.
They revealed on Twitter that they would be extending the
beta by 24 hours, meaning that it will now come to an end at 1PM on October 18th instead of October 17th.
