Nobody is even mentioning the remaining classics to be released this month(skyrim special edition, dishonoured2, return to arkham) and the rest of d year(watchdogs2).

Standard elements of RPGs include decision making and character upgrading. None of which are present in GTA V. It's an open world, action-adventure game and not an RPG.
