If I put this in the wrong section, please pardon me. Mods kindly take this to the proper section and front page, please. Thanks!

Good morning fellow NLanders. I trust your night was good.

Please, all lawyers in the house including non-lawyers who have an idea, what's the legal Implications of my bank (in Nigeria) releasing my bank/financial records to an ordinary third party who is not a signatory or proxy to my account? If a bank does that can it be held liable to an offence of bridge of privacy? What does the law say regarding this issue, please? It's urgent! It's there any action I need to take and how to go about it?

Thanks in anticipation.
