What MTN did to me: I loaded 100 jst now to send text message, I noticed that d message was nt deliverd tellin me subcsribe facility nt successful. I checkd my balance I saw #-49 . I called deir customer care she was tellin me dat I borrowed money dis morning and I av bn wt my phone since morning o nobody collected it from me. D most annoying thing is dat dey said I borrowed #150 from them which means dat dey wl stl deduct #50 wen I recharge. Pls wot can I do |
