Aside the fact there is no clear evidence of efficacy of cannabis in treating the ailments listed, there are a million and one comparatively safer medicines that can effectively cure/manage those conditions.

And most of these drugs will be quite expensive to afford for a common man and the last time I checked 'Marijuana' is affordable. Moreover, weed is a natural plant and most(if not all) drugs are made from plants so I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be used in the manufacture of drugs. About effectiveness, weed has been used to cure some of these diseases and in fact not all drugs are 100% efficient.
