When do we learn to believe in ourselves as Nigerians? I have seen some people discrediting this survey on the basis of partisanship. NOI Polls is a public policy research outfit that is second in terms of ranking in Africa. Most of these bodies involved in research can favourably compete with their counterparts anywhere in the world. One of the problems bedeviling us as a country is that we don't have verifiable data. Some people came to fill the vacuum and yet instead of appreciation, they are being lampooned. What a sorry state for the youth of this country? Well I don't blame them when their o'level was written for them, for their JAMB na 'runs' and for their projects in undergraduate na 'cut and paste'. So how do one expect them to value scholarship and intellectualism.
