NAIJASOM:
The problem is that if Igbos remain in Nigeria, they will out-compete the Yoruba's in all areas of human development and economic sphere, AND if they leave and form their own nation, they will build the most advanced African nation and make Nigeria insignificant in world affairs. This is one of the major reason why Yoruba's are finding it hard to decide if they want Igbos to go or stay. The other reason is a fear of Hausa-Fulani domination of their land if Igbos leave.

They are trapped in this dilemma and I understand their struggle.

They are faced with 2 equally bad scenarios.
The longer they wait, they will be left with only one scenario, being out-competed in their own tuff.
Currently the Igbo is guaging their strength and will keep challenging the Yoruba in Yorubaland until they are conquered economically.

So if Yoruba people are wise, they should be spearheading the struggle to create Biafra for the Igbo.

They are not wise. They have let myopic thinking and hatred cloud their mind and have become very indecisive and unprogressive because of it

Well everyone knows and should know why Yorubas oppose Biafra, GEJ, and anything SOuth as the OP tried to elaborate. Simply, Yooruba culture does not provide for serious and dynamic development and government, hence a poor and wretched Oduduwa republic. SO playing 2nd fiddle to Fulani bedsheet wearing guys guarantees them free oil booty, contrracts, government positions and ports (international airport, seaport) and then they can turn around and rent to Easterners who have to live in their region, all the while feeling important.

Obvious of course

If the free education you got was of any benefit to you, you should have realised that Japan and Germany remained sovereign nations after their wars, able to formulate their own policies while the Igbo are not but rather suppressed within Nigeria.

Shows your abject ignorance because Germany and Japan were two of the most supervised and inspected nations under the terms of their surrender in post-war era! This is why they excel in non-military economic activities, dullard!

I think the absence of Yoruba people from these sorts of threads these days tells a lot......we know them for what they are...no point stating the obvious fact that they are brick heads......... grin..........

Just go and return your certificate if you can't make a distinction between a nation and a non-nation.
